Tri-State Home Buyers, LLC has been investing in real estate in the Baltimore - Washington Metropolitan Area since 1999. We purchase houses, income generating commercial properties, and turn-key cash flowing businesses.
The owner of the company, Darrin Solomon, is also a licensed Realtor in Maryland who specializes in short sales, foreclosures, investment properties, and first time home buyer programs.
Darrin graduated from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Technology in 1989. Prior to becoming a full time professional real estate investor, he worked for numerous Fortune 100 companies including IBM, Fannie Mae, Citigroup, Lockheed Martin, Unisys, and Booz Allen & Hamilton.
